Sunchaser – Winds and Strings in Concert!

Sunchaser Junior Strings, Bo Peng – Director Junor Winds, Karen Nakajima – conductor Senior Winds, Jazz Combo, Stephen Robb – Director Sunday March 4th, 2018,  3 pm. Join us for a performance featuring our Junior Strings with Francesco Geminian’s Concerto Grosso “La Follia” after Arcangelo Corelli’s Op. 5 No. 12.  Also, the Junior winds will be featured performing “Sunchaser” by Carol Britten Chambers and a selection of Disney Favorites.  The Senior winds will be featuring American composer Dana Wilson’s Shortcut Home and British composer Gustav Holst’s famous Suite for Military Band in F major.  The RDYO Jazz Combo will perform several jazz standards as well.
